notice of tenancy termination
If a landlord gives you notice of tenancy termination and it states that you need to be out ''on or before'' a certain date, is the tenant required to then give the landlord written or verbal notice of when they are leaving the premises?

Have eviction proceedings been started in court?
WHat is basis for termination?
NOrmally, unless you agree voluntarily, LL cannot evict without court order.
