Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin

I purchased a mobile home in October. the House in in my name I own it, however the lot where it is parked is in both of our names . she agreed to pay me rent to live with me but has stopped paying rent and I want her to move out. what can I do to make her move out?

If your roommate was a renter, then you will need to evict her in court. through the same process used by landlords. Talk to an experienced eviction lawyer if you want to set this process into motion, which can sometimes take months.
