Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin
Security and Damages
Landlord is trying to collect money for damages after two years. I did not receive a list of damages until 45 days after I moved out. Are they required to provide me with this before 30 days? I disagree with half of the damages do I pay this?

How much is at stake? Did you have a deposit? DId you provide your forwarding address before you moved out (or end of lease term)?
