Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin
slip and fall
My apartment management company failed to plow our parking lot or put down salt after a blizzard. The next day I slipped and fell in the lot, which was solid ice, and broke my wrist. I'm just wondering if I should sue the management company, the apartment owner or both.
