Child care provider

I found our child care provider committed a crime and when I went to see the police report I also learned that she had mental illnesses and we've removed our child....do I need to tell the other parents using her services, or could I get in trouble for doing so?

It is fine that you reported the matter to police. If there are any other authorities involved in the process, you may a report to them also. however, you do not owe any duty to other parents who had been using her services. Moreover, now since you have already informed the police, the child care provider may no longer be authorised to work for other people. Therefore, in my opinion you should stay cool and confine to the authorities.
