Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Wisconsin

E-Mail Harrassment

A manager at my company sent a derogatory e-mail message about me to another manager thinking that's what she'd done, but she actually sent the derogatory message to me instead. I've reported this to Human Resources. Should I involve EEOC or an attorney?

Re: E-Mail Harrassment

Involved first:

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)because it

Enforces federal legislation prohibiting discrimination in employment to ensure equality of opportunity, and covers the ff:

age, disability, equal pay, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, retaliation, sex and sexual harassment.

But if you can secure for an attorney to guide and help you, its better. But first, secure all administrative remedy first before going to court.
