Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Wisconsin

is this ethical practice

I am in question as to the code of ethics between attorney and client. I was being represneted in a divorce case in wisconsin.I was the respondent. It has come to my knowledge that my attorney was engaging in a personal relationship with the patitioner during the duration of the action.

I now feel that I was miss advised and am woundering do I have recourse? There is still a large balance to his bill.

For your lawyer to maintain a serious "personal relationship" with your spouse is a grave ethical violation. If you have solid proof you should immediately file a complaint with the Bar Association.
