Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Wisconsin

How can an ongoing properly filed application be nullidied without notification of such. We filed in good faith,and paid fees in August 2010,only to be told we missed a Dec .1 2010 deadline of a new law.

Sorry but I cannot understand what you were applying for which was nullified by the new law. I also must admit that I am not aware new real estate laws in WI which just took effect last month. Sorry.
