Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Wisconsin

Hi,

I've tried a couple of links on your website to email you, and no workie. Anyway, I've seen your ads on TV and thought I'd give it a shot, so, here goes.

I guess the bottom line here is, I went to a doctor to have blockages removed from my ears, and he ruptured my left ear drum. Is this something you might consider litigating? Thanks.

Unless your punctured eardrum led to serious problems for you, I would not want to look into your potential claim. Medical malpractice cases in Wisconsin are usually defended vigorously by the insurance companies for the doctors. The are hard to win and expensive to pursue.

You will have three years from the date of injury to file a case.
