Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Wisconsin
What Type of Lawyer should I be talking to?
I am trying to find out, what type of lawyer I should be talking to about my question. I had dental work done and, now I have to have almost everything redone and a higher cost to me financially and painfully.

Re: What Type of Lawyer should I be talking to?
You want a lawyer who is willing to handle a dental malpractice case. Two Milwaukee-area lawyers with such experience are Neal Schellinger (262-784-4829) and Thomas Ogorchock (414-272-4100). The usual statute of limitations for dental negligence cases is three years from the date of injury. Since your injuries may have differing dates, I suggest you contact a lawyer as soon as you can.
