Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin
Ankle injured on ''Black Friday'' at store
I waited outside the store with approx. 150 people in line to get into a store at 5:00am for the Black Friday sales. When the doors opened people rushed in and I was knocked/pushed down. I severely sprained my ankle, went to E.R. for xrays, etc.
Now the store says they are not responsible because I don't know who pushed me. All I want is the medical bills paid for. Do I have a case? What should I do?

Re: Ankle injured on ''Black Friday'' at store
It sounds like you have a case against the store controlling this event. You should contact in Wisconsin personal injury lawyer.
My strong recommendation is that you be cautious about relying on personal injury lawyer advertising as a way to find your attorney. I advise you to make sure your personal injury attorney is active in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. I also recommend that your lawyer is recongnized by Martindale-Hubbell as an AV rated attorney and that your attorney regularly speak on issues specifically addressing personal injury law. If you find a lawyer meeting these qualifications, you are well on your way to finding a qualified Wisconsin personal injury lawyer.
