Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

Horse kick

I have a friend in Wisconsin who was kicked by a horse while shoeing it. He lacerated his liver. He was asked by the property owner to come shoe the horse and he was assured the horse was cooperative. I cannot take his case because I am in Las Vegas. Looking for a referral if my friend has a case.
