Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

hotel injury

I recently slipped and fell while getting into a hot tub at a Holiday Inn. I'm not sure if the hotel is going to pay my medical expenses. Are they liable for these? Would I have access to pain and suffering due to this accident? I severely lacerated my foot which took many weeks to heal. As of right now I'm fine, but I don't know if I'll suffer any long term affects from this

If the hotel was negligent, then they may be liable for your damages. If you were more negligent than the hotel, then they would not be liable for your damages.
