Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin
No police record, no damage to car, can I get sued?
I got in a really small accident. I hit a lady from behind going about 3-5 mph. She said she didn't want the cops involved because nothing seemed wrong with the cars, but she asked for my number incase something was wrong when she went to go check her car out. The next day she called me and told me that nothing was wrong with her car, but now she's starting to feel back pain. She then said if the pain gets worse she will call us and let us know what is up. She called me back and told me that the pain is worse so I told her to go to my insurence to get the money that she needed, my insurence said if there was no damage done to the car then they will not give her money. She is now saying that we are going to go to court and won't leave us alone. Can I get sued for this, with no police records and no damage to the cars?

If you had insurance, this matter is truly their problem and not yours--make sure they are aware of it. If she continues to harrass you send a certified letter asking for no further contact outside the context of litigation, which is where you want a case like this to be (since she will probably lose). Failing all these measures, get a retraining order.
