Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

I am 17 and just got caught stealing it was under $200 will it stay on my record when i trun 18 and what will my punishment be? I got a ticket and a court date

There is no way to know what your punishment will be ahead of time. At age 17, I presume you could be brought into either juvenile or adult court. Your prior record will play a role. In addition, this will affect you in the future if you ever face charges again. You should consider getting an attorney, and if you can't afford on, a public defender will be appointed to represent you. Good luck!
