Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

Age of a renter

I was just wondering what age you have to be in order to sign a lease. I heard it was 21 and I wanted to know for sure. Any help would be great.

You have to be 18 years old to sign any contract, and that includes leases.
