Breaking a Lease within 24 Hours
If I signed a lease, is it possible to back out within 24 hours without penalty.

Presuming the lease is valid, no other legal
theory exists to back out of the lease, and the
itself provides no way to reconsider, their is no
way to just walk away from such a contract. Depending
on the circumstances, the Landlord's damages may
be minimal, but I would presume any security deposit
would be lost.
