Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

Condominium law and recording

I am an officer in a Milwaukee condominium association. We have completed the revision of our Disclosure Documents (Articles, Bylaws, etc.)We will soon have them notarized. What must we do in order to make them official? I assume that all we must do is take them down to the courthouse to be recorded. Is there more to it? Anything you could dig up will be helpful. Thanks, in advance for your help.

Re: Condominium law and recording

You let your lawyer do it. You could cause serious problems for yourself and your co-owners if your documents are wrong.
