Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

My contractor put new windows in my home. Must he provide me with the window warranty

before I make the final payment to him.

Dear Brian: Absolutely. Depending upon the fine print in your agreement, You have every right to your written warranty of the manufacturer, together with whatever warranty or guarantee the contractor (seller) promised to provide, before final payment.
