Who must fill out a condition report
Does a landlord have to fill out a condition report if he is selling a 2 family dwelling and has never lived there?

Chapter 709 of the Wisconsin Statutes governs
disclosures that sellers of real estate must make
in the State of Wisconsin. Section 709.01 appears
to require owners of 1 to 4 families to make such
disclosures. There is an exception for uninhabited
property, but that does not appear to be your case.
The timelines and other requirements are contained
in the statute. I would suggest you read it for
yourself. You can find it in a number of places by
searching the web.
