Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

forclosure after bankruptcy

We recently went bankrupt and included our house. Our lawyer at the time told us we did not need an attorney for the forclosure that would follow.Well, try as I may I can't seem to find out what our legal responsibilities are.We vacated as soon as we could[within 3 months of hearing] to help expedite things. The bank changed the locks within 1 month after that. Are we still responsible for upkeep and insurance? Why is this so difficult to answer? Do we need an attorney?

Re: forclosure after bankruptcy

Send me a private e-mail advising whether or

not the debts related to the house were

listed and what your objectives are with regard

to the house, and I'd be happy to answer

your questions. Are you attempting to sell

it or rent it out while the foreclosure is pending?
