Leasing Laws

In Wisconsin when leasing and a 2 unit building has separate driveways. One for 1 apartment and the other for the 2nd apartment. If one of the tenants continues to stand, play etc in the others driveway can do tresspassing laws apply? Especially if ones vehicle is being damaged by the invasion?

In Illinois the trespass law would

not apply. However, there is the

possibility that the rude neighbor

is violating the terms of the lease.

Call 911 for damage to the car.
