Listing agreement

We are having a problem with our current agent. After reading our listing agreement, I noticed I never signed the document, only my wife had. Is the contract still binding even with just one signature? Thank you!

Yes. The contract is very likely binding since you and your spouse have an agency relationship. She represents you and you represent her.
