Property liens

What do I have to do to put a lien on a title of a piece of property I want to sell to sombody on a payment plan..Thanks..

If you are selling a piece of real estate on an

installment basis, in Wisconsin, you may either

sell on a land contract, or you may provide a deed

and take back a note and mortgage. There are

different remedies available, depending on the

route you go.
