Best real estate fees agent or attorney?

I want to sell my half of a lake home to my brother who owns the other half. What would be the least expensive way after all the required fees are met for financing. Thank you.

Hello,

Call several attorneys and ask what they would charge. There probably will be some variety,

and the cost should not be much. A deed and transfer return will have to be done.
