Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin
rental agreement
I would like to know if there is a loophole or any way I can get out of this agreement. It is writen just like this.
I--name removed--agree to pay $350 to (name witheld) for monthly rent at the premises located at (address witheld) .It will be paid no later than the 2nd day of each month.
This is a one year agreement.

Re: rental agreement
If this is a residential lease in the state of Wisconsin,
you may have some hope to get out of it. Wisconsin
has an Administrative Code. Residential practices
are contained under Chapter Ag135. There are a number
of provisions that must be contained in a written
residential lease. You should see someone that is
familiar with these provisions. Good Luck.
