Rental Lease Signing

After signing a rental lease for less then a year, is there any time period that one has to back out of the lease? (hours?) A 72-hour law comes to mind; or is this just a myth??

My guess is that it's a myth, but I'd want to research it before you rely on that. Send me a private e-mail if that's what you wish. There is a 72 hour cure period for mortgaging your home and for certain door to door or home solicitation transactions, but I've never heard of it for residential leases.
