Selling or staying in home

I need to know if I and my boyfriend bought a house together and both of our names are on the deed or title, can he sell the house without my permission or my signature?

Generally speaking, all parties who are title holders on a parcel of real estate must participate in any transfer of it in order to create clear title for a purchaser. Exceptions to this rule would include involuntary transfers which can occur via court order or by operation of law.
