surplus funds after foreclosure

How do I apply for surplus funds after a foreclosure? I live in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking. If there are surplus funds after the debt and costs of foreclosure have been paid, the surplus should be turned over to the debtor (property owner) upon court confirmation of the sale, or shortly thereafter. You should contact the attorney for the creditor and ask him when you will get your money.
