Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

Tenant overnight guest limitations

My tenants live in an owner-occupied, 5-acre country duplex. They are a husband, wife (30's) and child (2). Lived here for 3 months, and have had various overnight guests almost every night they have been here. Length of stay ranges from 1 night to six weeks. I asked them to limit guests to one weekend per month only, they refuse to comply. What rights do I have, if any to limit their company. Lease states: "To not permit any guest or invites to reside in the premises without prior written consent of landlord." "To use the premises for residential purposes only for tenant and tenant's immediate family."
