Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

unwanted people

i have a brother in law that is a thief and a con. i also found out that he had an affair with one of his brothers wife. he knows that i know. since then he has harrassed me by phone and in person at my house. my question...how do i legally keep him away from my property when my husband still invites him over.

That is an issue between you and your spouse. If the person is invited by an occupant of the property, they are not in violation of the law as a trespasser.
