Warranty Deeds--Life Estates--Undoing Transfers
Once a deed of any type is properly drafted, executed and recorded, it is generally difficult to undo the transfer to any grantee without that grantee's permission. Exceptions where it may be possible to undo the transfer may occur in situations where the drafter was legally incapacitated from transferring the property, illegal transfers, or transfers which occurred due to undue influence or coercion.
