I assume you had a divorce attorney; if so, this is a question best posed to him or her UNLESS he or she is no longer your attorney. If you do not have an Attorney, I at least assume you had an agreement in place made part of the divorce decree that she would surrender the house. If so, you would have to draft a quitclaim deed that she would sign, which would be filed with the register of deeds. That would fully transfer her interest in the house to you.
