Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin
According to Wisconsin law, can I sell my house to a buyer that was working with a listing agent? This would be AFTER our listing agreement is over?

Certainly, but you would probably still need to pay a commission if that broker is the one who found the buyer, even after the contract expired.
