Wisconsin Quit- Claim Deed
I am divorced and filling out a Quit Claim Deed . Under Grantor do I still list myself and my exwife? If so do I state Myself AND/OR Spouse?

Response: I would not be able to respond without knowing the details of what you are trying to accomplish with this transaction, the history of the property and its title, and your recent personal history. Real estate conveyances such as quit claim deeds are far more complex than a non-real estate professional might imagine. Errors in their completion, execution and recording can prove to be extremely costly later on. You should therefore not attempt this without professional guidance.
