Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin
Alcohol in a RV
Some friends and I are taking a road trip to Green Bay, WI. We are renting an RV for the trip. My question refers to whether or not any laws would be broken by allowing the passengers to drink while we are enroute to Green Bay. The driver will not be drinking, but I want to make sure that we are not putting anyone at risk of being arrested by allowing this.

Don't do it.
While I am not a Wisconsin lawyer, I would be very surprised if Wisconsin does not have an open bottle law. If it is like Minnesota's, everyone in the vehicle, including the driver, can get a ticket for one open bottle.
