a friend of mie was at a bar and when left backed into a harley he was on probation and wasnt supposed to drink so he tookoff. now the police are looking for him. the damage is minimal with no witnesses but there is a scratch on his vehicle.should he talk to the police and what should e say. he thinks someone may have pushed his vehicle into the parked motorcycl

Your friend needs legal help fast. Generally, the

system will go easier on a fugitive to turn himself

in rather than continuing to elude authorities.
