Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin
Which law is this
Which law states that a driver of a vehicle is liable if debris falls off their vehicle. So if i meet a semi and trailor and a rock falls off his trailor and cracks my winshield he has is liable for it.

Yes, assuming that you can find him and prove that it
was his vehicle. A better bet is probably to turn
the claim in to your comprehensive carrier and let
them go after him.
