Will Paying a Fine Reinstate a License Suspended for Nonpayment of a Fine?

Sometimes, payment of a past due fine will make a driver eligible to reinstate their license (which generally requires a trip to the DOT and payment of a reinstatement fee). However, if the driver's license is also revoked for other reasons, this may not be true.
