Recoving Medical Expenses Due to
Yes, it is often possible to collect on medical expenses and other accident damages without a lawsuit. You should speak with an experienced personal injury lawyer as soon as possible, who will likely accept your case without any need for you to pay legal expenses until after the settlement. For example, I am usually able to settle roughly nine out of ten of my clients' personal injury claims without ever suing anyone. Many time limits apply to such claims, so you should not delay in commencing this process.
