motorcyle helmets
Do you have to wear a helmet in a state that doesn't require people to wear one, if you have your motorcycle registered in a state that does require a helmet to be worn?

Whether or not you are required to wear a helmet depends on the state where you are located at the time. Has nothing to do with where your bike is registered.
