Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin
Occupational license
My question is the following.......
If a person holds a valid occupational drivers license and they are time restrictions applied to the license, would it be operating after revocation if driving out of the time limits...???? or would it simply be driving out of specified time limits?

Re: Occupational license
I've seen officers write this violation up both ways. I believe, however, that the more specific statute, i.e., violation of restricted license, should generally apply.
