Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin
Operating After Revocation 4th OAR
Hello, to make a long story short I recieved an OAS on 8/5/2001, an OAS on 2/9/2003, an OAR 1st offence on 8/19/2005, and a OAR 4th offence on 1/9/2006. Can anyone tell me if this makes sence, and if its right how?
Thanks Zac

Re: Operating After Revocation 4th OAR
Sometimes municipalities make the choice to charge Operating after Suspension charges as local ordinances rather than state crimes. This is a major break for you, since the penalties are less severe. However, after enough of these, they might lose their sense of humor and send you to the DA with a state charge. I could not answer your question without reviewing your driving record, but this is one potential explaination.
