Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin

If you slide out on an icy on-ramp, causing cars to drive around but not causing any accident or damage. Do you to stop and report the incident or drive on to avoid cars from sliding into you?

There is no obligation to report an accident if there was no accident, I therefore don't know why you would feel obligated to stop in this situation, unless you wanted to suggest attention from a road maintenance crew. If it was an isolated slippery spot which would benefit from a little more salt, calling to suggest this would certainly be the right thing to do.
