Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin
speeding and ''reckless endangerment''
Hi.. I was stopped by police 3 days ago for ''speeding'' and ''driving like a maniac aka reckless endangerment''... i had just bought the car so i had temp. plates that were just expired.. he got down all my info such as name, address, phone number, driver license number... he said he would call me or for me to go to the police dept. to view the details of my citations... he told me he was going to write up the citations back at his office.. i saw him write down all the details on a notepad like my speed, location, what i did and said etc... can this officer mail me the tickets or what is going on?? it has been 3 days now.. pls help me for i am really scared and might lose my license! thanks
