Is there a statute of limitation for a ten year old speeding ticket in Wisconsin?

Sorry, but I'd need more information to answer your
question. Were you convicted 10 years ago but they
are still trying to collect the fine? Is there a
warrant outstanding? If the ticket was never issued
until now, there would be a time bar after 10 years.
I can't imagine a scenario, however where any agency
would wait 10 years to issue a ticket.
