can I be cited for wreckless driving & endangerment on private property

Certainly yes as to the endangerment on private property - criminal laws apply no matter where they occur. The driving may be another matter, depending on what the property was. If it was a private parking lot for a business, then you can be cited but if it was a long private drive you can't.
