Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin
In Wisconsin, I am on probation for 2nd drunk driving, but I need to go to rehab for non drinking. Will this affect my probation
1 Answer from Attorneys
Yes, going to rehab. in order to deal with an AODA problem might actually improve your odds of getting early termination of probation, provided that do well after rehab, and provided that your PO knows about it and OK's the appointments which you might miss while you are in rehab. You will probably need to sign an information release form for the PO to agree to it.
