estate probate

my aunt claims that my Grandma's will was stolen..there is no probate record of my Grandmothers estate I have tracked down my grandfathers probate records and I am waiting for them. wouldn't his will be her will as well.

Probably not. In most cases involving a couple, each has his/her own separate Will.
