Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wisconsin
My husband and I had our wills done about thirty years ago, leaving our estate to be divided between our three children. Since then our married daughter with three children passed away. We would like to know if our two remaining children will now get out estate or do we have to make any changes?
Thank you

This would really depend on whether your wills have a provision transferring anything going to your daughter to the other two children. The best and simpleist way to determine that would be to go to an attorney in your area, have him read the wills and give you his answer. Changing it to conform to your wishes would be a fairly simple thing. If you haven't had them changed in 30 years, you certainly got your money's worth the last time. It would be good to have them redone to use current language and terminology. Good luck!
